My last day in Pärnu was spent in most extraordinary company: with a new "old" friend. :) As such events take place so rarely, we decided to celebrate with a photo shoot on random bench by the doggie-peed snowbank - where else, right? And all hail Krissu! :)

oh dear... 60 minutes is the maximum exposure time i can handle in this temperature (-25C or -13F). from there on out things start going haywire. hair gets frosty, random fingers and ears start tingling, legs begin to burn and toes are sending signals of "we have fallen off. you can see for yourself". and then hits the fatigue... holy buckets, i say. but, it was worth the trip! and now, hot bath later, am jolly again. <yawn...> :D

The winter is truly here!!! To jump from +25 to -20 in one day is a shock to the system to say the least! Nasal hairs are frozen, cheeks are frozen, legs are frozen, let me see what else... I think that'll do. For now. But as with any place, this place holds a charm that is beyond comparison - friends and warm cafés. No matter the place or heat or cold, good friends (especially if accompanied by Estonian pontšikud) will always bring a grin to my face and fuzzy things to my heart... :)
